A: Negative Splits. The Plan: start at 2:05, 2:02, 1:59, 1:56, 1:53, 1:50
2:04.7, 2:02.0, 1:58.1, 1:55.9, 1:53.1, 1:49.1 (all out)
Faster total time than last time by 16 s when I tried to go all out each round.
Josh’s three suggested ways to approach the workout were helpful.

A. 2:00.1/2:00.6/1:58.6/1:59.3/2:05.0/had nothing left for the 6th row
April 2017: 1:53.2/2:06.8/2:04.3/2:03.8/stopped at 4 rounds
I felt better approaching this workout without going too hard on the first row. It was good to see I kept more consistent times today than in April and got an extra round in too. Thanks Josh for explaining different ways to approach this workout and for pushing me through the middle rounds.
B. First time pushing the sled. Fun but legs are done!

A: 2:05.8/2:04.9/2:07.9/2:19.4(things fell apart here)2:07.8/2:02.4
Great suggestions Josh, but you missed the casual row down a mountain stream. ;P

B: 1 empty sled push was all I had left.

Barbell club:
A. Wanted to attempt a back squat PR today. Goal was to join the 300club which was my target for 2017. Managed to get to 315# (30# Pr). The bar moved pretty quick so think I still have room for more.
B. 3 second pause bench press. 5 sets x 3 reps (target 80%)
All 5 sets at 160 (80%)
Fun times! Time to start getting more people out to barbell club on Sundays.
Thanks Ben!
