Tons of fun pulling and pushing the sleds around, worked up to a weight of 170lbs + sled on the pull and worked up to a 160lbs + sled on the push (also did a 45lbs + Rhi + sled, not sure which is heavier).

Great work 9 and 10am, lots of fun today!


Row: 1:52.7, 2:06.5, 2:01.0, 2:03.0, 2:08.0, 1:57.6 (decimals included so it’s clear I was faster than Karen)
Pushing sled with 2 plates was a sprint. Pushing with 3 plates was a glute burner.
