Ooooooo, tabatas! Great opens tester/prep to remind you of the potency of body weight and light weight movements.

Burpees – 9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9 = 72
Pull-up – 15/12/13/13/13/13/12/13 = 103
Push Press – 3/7/8/9/6/6/6/7 = 52, wheels starting to come off…………………
Power Clean – 1/4/4/4/4/4/5/7 = 33, WHEELS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Total = 260


Burpee: 6/5/6/5/5/6/6/5(started with burpee to low bar quickly gave up on a target after 3 rounds lol) = 44
Pullups: 3/5/7/6/5/6/5/5 = 42 should have pushed myself more on these!
Push press RX: 5/3/4/5/5/5/5/4 = 36 not a fan needs work.
Power clean RX: 7/7/7/7/5/5/7/7 = 52
Total = 174

PU 7/7/4 ring rows, 6/4/6/6/4/6 jumping, = 43 ring rows crashed and burned so changed to jumping, a bit better
PP 4×5/4×4 = 36 @ 45
PC 3×5/5×4 =35 @ 55
