Did this social distancing WOD with Jeff Kerr outside in the gazebo by my house. I was blown away how “sprinty” this WOD was. All the rounds were around 80-90 secs. So much fun to WOD with Jeff.

As Derek said, did the class WOD today in the sun, slightly tweaked it. I think I was 7:22 TWT, so 15:22 Total time. Rounds were: 1:38/1:31/1:24/1:24/1:25. Faster must have just been due to figuring it all out. Found a gazebo to hang up some rings in which was fun to do. Agreed, very sprinty and quick rounds. Fun WOD!

Did another slow cardio-ey thing afterwards.
