C. made 225 failed at 235 wish i was flexible enough to go from the clean to the squat when taking this from the floor instead of having to adjust my grip

I’m out in Toronto on a course, so I visited CrossFit Quantum last night:
A1. Shoulder Press – 3 x 5 reps (90 sec rest)
135/145/135
A2. Strict Chins – 3 x 6 reps
25/35/45

B. 8 min AMRAP: 10 Box Jumps & 5 Pushups
= 13 Rounds. Guessed at box ht., but I think it was pretty close to 24″.


A. 65/70/75/80/95 (I have a feeling I miscalculated the weight for set 3 & 4)
B. 65/75/80/85/90
C. 45/65/75/85/95
