I’m calling this one the “Thirsty Thirties” as I did 30 of all movements with weights lighter than rxd 32lbs .7 proof and 4 lbs wallballs.
Wish I could still do this as rxd, but happy to still be able to participate.

All rx’d except the push-up burpees – just did burpees instead (or what I like to call fall down and crawl back up). It was pretty brutal.

28:10 scaled reps to 35 so I could complete in time cap. Not sure which was worse burpee push ups or DU’s haha

Forgot to check the clock. In excess of the 35 minute time cap.

Still in rough shape from murph so dropped the reps on the KBS to 40. Did 35 regular burpees, as well as 35 WB and KTE. Felt like a bit of a cheater.

Next time, do better.

Did 40 reps of each to get under the time cap. Finished at 26 minutes so I went back and did the last 10 reps of everything. Finished at 32:34.
Did strict high knees raises and regular burpees. Everything else rx’d.

Scaled to 35 reps except back Extentions I did 20 Cus my back is sore
Did regular burpees as push up burpees are so 2007 and not cool anymore.

My back was fired up during push press so I did what felt right

50 sdlhp @45
35 pp@44
15 kbs@1 pood, 35 @.5 pood
50 lunges
50 sit ups( which made my back feel better!)
35 back extensions
35 wb @10#’s
50 push up burpees, all lowers from toes, push up from knees, step up
100 single skips
40:42 (ignored time cap, just kept moving slow).
