Front Squat @ 185lbs, took from the floor in a power clean. Everything else as rx’d

Then performed 100 walking lunges and 150 sec Ring Holds (30/20/20/10’s……)
30 Burpees, 30 Sit ups, 10 hand release PU.

D: These were awful until I moved the rings closer (thanks Michelle), then it was much easier. Didn’t keep track on these either, but probably close to 10 minutes.

ok sucked at keeping time but about 24:30 in total
A: 20 @15 fo 20 then broken after that about 5:30 i think
B: lunges good and consistent
C: these were horrible, not really done these befor scaled to 60secs in total (thanks Michelle) longest hold was 8 seconds, think i would still be there now is i did the 150!
D: 3 min practice, have conquered the 1 double under notw have to get to the “2 in a row” thing! thanks Tania and Tammy for the great tips, need to work on my Zen and not jumping backwards once i get going.

A. 3:26 – My plan was to keep pace with Chelsea for the thrusters. It’s a good thing I had a contingency plan because after about 5 seconds I was forced to resort to Plan B. Great job on the thrusters Chelsea.

C. Done in 10 sets, the last 40 sec were done with a blue band. These need a lot of work, but are definitely improving. The first couple of sets were close to 30 secs, and then it went downhill quickly.
