10 Burpees

10 Toes to Bar

10 Overhead Squats (OHS) – 95#/65#

Slow and consistent was my motto today.

53# for OHS. Worked on consistent kipping with T2B with moderate success.

7 rds+ 30 DU + 4 Power Snatch caught my rope a couple of time and had to stop to tie my shoe (I may invest in Velcro shoes after that). Should have had 8. Great job Erin, Young Trent and Jay!

FB tonight.

Worked on snatch up to 115.
Then 11.1 as above. 6 rds + 30 DU’s + 10 snatch.
Nice job tonight boys on the lifting.

A) Snatch: 235lbs.
Finally, after 5 months of work I hit this.
Now my squat snatch pr is as heavy as my pwr snatch.
B) 11.1

Didn’t red – line this one tonight; still have a sugar hangover from the holidays

A) Failed 3 times at 200lb. So close to getting it, next time for sure
B) Did 6rnds + 30DU + 3Snatch, felt a little slow tonight, but this one was pretty tough

The T to B not quite to the bar but closer, I used 54lb for OHS.
