Hey guys dodgeball tonight is at 7:30pm at Alex Munro School 427-78ave NE. Cost for the season is $45. We are also going to Screamfest Friday October 26 at 7:30pm Tickets are $25 at the door or $20 online. Halloween day we are encouraging everyone to dress up for the WOD. We will have prizes for best dressed, as well as a random draw that day. You can only enter your name in for the draw if you dress up.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it to dodgeball tonight. I have a Chemistry term test from 7:00-9:00 pm … I bet you are all jealous. Have fun and see you next week.

Joining the 6am class this week. Surprised how big the class was and the energy in the room. Quite the WOD to take on this early.

Then Dodgeball……..
Well tonight Team Blue Balls had 3 players show up against the other teams 12… As the rules say we need 4 to play the Cole (I believe but I am terrible with names) the ref joined the three of us so we could play. What we lacked in numbers we made up in heart and we gave them hard fought game. Final score 16-12 for the Bad Guys… Anyone thinking about joining should come play, its a ton of fun and with a couple of more people we would had easily drubbed these guys.
Final thoughts… thank god for Crossfit Conditioning as playing an hour of dodgeball short handed with no subs is surprisingly hard. Regardless I had a blast…..
Thank you for the update Cody and to those who showed up. I apologize for not being able to, I had a last minute meeting that was extremely important. I believe the next game is next Monday 8:30pm at University Elementary.
