Thanks for the pointers, Kathleen!

As we worked through, flexibility improved but still need to work on our form.

95/115/125/135/145/155/165/175(f)

I couldn’t lock out 175 overhead to even attempt to squat it.

K: 115# [darn close to 120# – rats!]

You are all welcome! It is so gratifying to see everyone continue to improve every week and to see all the new faces who are starting their Crossfit journey. Keep it up!

Way to go Ali!

65#…definitely a learning day. Looking forward to next time now that I have a few things figured out.

worked up to 145 lb.
Couldn`t drop the weights at this gym in Argentina. So I stopped there

Did this Monday(march 6) instead, lined up with my WOD….hit a PR 175(BW)!! Was a tough go having to take them all from the floor. Some strange looks in the gym when I gave a big ol’ YES! when I got it…then did one more for good measure, might as well while its still up there!

45/50/55/60/65/failed @ 70lbs. Once I was in the squat I couldn’t get back up.
