C. Tabata Squats for reps
Coach’s notes: Guys use 45 lbs for OH walking lunges, gals 25 lbs. For jumps, take off from both feet and touch with both hands to 12″ above 2 hand overhead reach for gals and 18″ above reach for guys. (Jump to the bar or wall). Guys and gals use 20″ for box jumps. Perform in the order written, rest exactly 3 minutes between A and B and post times for A and B and reps for all sets in C to comments.

B) 17:07.. 45lb x 25, 30lb x 75. Hope it ment 45lb per hand not 45lb total weight otherwise there is a reason I got worked. Could only get up to 16″ over reach consistently on the jumps.

I’ve been ‘testing’ my back this week and trying some movements I haven’t done since May. Full of fear trying to rediscover when to push and when to stop/ substitute so it’s great to be in the classes and be motivated and supported…
A. 4:59 stepped down to avoid too much impact.
B. 7:06ish… Subbed double unders for jumps. Tried a few jumps but arching and some twisting of torso hurt so no go. Spent a couple minutes adjusting the rope and my attitude…
C. Subbed tabata push ups… Good thing this wasn’t a lowest # for score tabata!!!!
