Didn’t keep track of time , I did 30 ghb sit ups ( can’t move today) 100 kbs with .7 , 27 cal on the bike and prob 7 3/4 rope climbs ( still too nervous to make it all the way to the top) . Fun ! Brought a buddy with me today and she loves Cfc!!! She will come again for some Sunday drop ins 🙂

Lol, so many ppl against the idea of Sam as Finnick…. I think he’d be a good Finnick, I’ve been behind the idea all along, but now I have a new reason for wanting him as Finnick: I want to see what the fan reaction is…… (smirks to self….Lol….)

Have a lot of fun on your site. Hate to be reminded that there is a show at Morgan Library to see; it's not nearly as friendly and nice a place to visit now that they gutted a landmark with a visitors entrance that came from another planet. They own probably my all time favorite book illustrated by Simon Bening. I hear they are making a facsimile!
