A.  Push Jerk/Split Jerk  – 2.2 x 7 sets, rest 2:00

B.  3 Rounds for time:

Run 400 m

15 OHS

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 95 lbs, gals 65 lbs for OHS.  Post laod fo all sets of A and time for B to comments.

Important Reminder – due to Monday being Labour Day, the holiday schedule will be in effect.  On Monday the 9:30 am class and 6:00 pm classes will be available for attendance.  CF Kids will run as regularly scheduled.

B: 15:18 as rx’d (slow, but happy that I was able to do the OHS at 65#)

A. worked up to 100# for the Jerk/Split Jerk but decided to stop because I wasn’t feelin it.
B. 8:08 as rx’d. runs were slow as hell but OHS unbroken. felt good to finally get my heart rate elevated but my chest was a little unhappy after.

A. 75/85/95/105/110/115/120
B. Severely dehydrated so did 4 sets of 5 deadlifts @155lbs and 5 rings dips.
Hulk you have beefed up a lot lately if 215 is only 75% of your Bodyweight!! Great job everyone in the 9:30 class. Rebecca, Audra, Britt and Ali you guys are insane!!


I feel like The Hulk after a few good dinners!! Jeee
Can you imagine me at 286#???
1.25 BW is the right weight for the DL. Thanks Laura for putting me on a quick diet!
