Did 16lb snatch and found it hard?! OHS were @ 11lbs. Yikes! Fun class though. Thanks Brett!


A: 75/85(too much)/75/75/80 this still needs a lot of work…getting there though.
B: 75# unbroken first set, broken 2nd and 3rd set. 12:30 total time.

A. Did clean and then push press instead. Worked up to 85lbs.
B. 9:04 with 22lbs. Next time will try a little heavier.

A. worked up to 32 lbs x 1 – had lots of trouble dropping into a squat..
B. 32 lbs 1st rd and 4 into 2nd rd…dropped to 11 lbs so that I could go home.

B. 10:08 as rx’d (doh!!! Could have been under 10 if I didn’t fail OHS on 3rd set, rep 20!! Really that sucked)

A: 42/52/54.5 stayed there and had plenty of failed reps. Need to build my confidence again and get more aggressive. Still worry about my back and hesitate.
B: Back got really tight at about the 12th rep in the first round, so called it a day to be safe.
