15 KB Swings – 2.0/1.5 pood

45 Double Unders

Completed as rx’d. KBS were unbroken (last time broken up). DU’s broken up into 2 or 3 sets (last time was 45seconds of mostly attempts).

1.5 KB for the first 4 rounds, the 1.25 for last 6. This is an improvement from April. DU, I still suck, once again just kept moving for 45 seconds each round.

Did as rx’d with 20 KB Swings the last 2 rounds and 60 DU the last round. Tripped on the DU once in the 8th round. Otherwise everything UB.
Then
Alt EMOM for 20 minutes
5 strict HSPU
10 strict T2B
After 5 rounds had to do 4 HSPU instead. Thanks Mike!


Did it during open gym
Got 10 mins in and thankfully was interrupted for a important phone call
Made the second set of 10 mins more bearable.
Used 2pd and unbroken d/u for 8/10 rounds


Completed as rx’d. Finished each round within about 25-35 seconds. Forearms were pretty spent after this

Completed. Last time used 2.5pd and completed but it was crushing. Today tried with 2.0pd and will go back to 2.5pd next time. Thanks Todd.


KB’s @ 1.5pd: 15/15/15/12/12/12/10/12/10/15 = 128 (last time 139)
DU’s: 45/45/20/35/25/30/12/32/30/33 = 307 (last time 305)

DU: tried to get at least 20 every round, was successful for all but the first round
