A.  200 Double Unders

B.  100 Push Press – 65#/45#

C.  50 Burpees

D.  25 Overhead Squats – 135#/95# (from floor)

Coach’s notes:  Complete in any order and post time to complete each set and total time to comments.

Did in reverse order cause I like to be different.

A) 1:56 finally got this under 2 minutes
B) 3:42 too slow here did 40 then 6 sets of 10
C) 2:09 think I was slowed down by the extra drag of my moustache
D) 1:02 UB next time under a minute

Thanks Todd I liked this WOD. Must have been all of the moustache power in class.

Thanks Aly! It was a nice change to try the 12pm class.


D: 4:21 with 85# did 15 then 2+ 8- had trouble getting in the proper position for the second and third set so wasted a lot of time.
C: 3:35 slow and steady
B: 3:08- 45/15/20/20
A: forgot to check start time..50+37+ a whole bunch of sets, arms felt fried.

B. Did 100 Dead lifts @ 95#(80% body weight).
Realized my arms were still quite crippled from my Gator WOD Saturday, so decided to do a 5k run instead.

D. 2:11 using 65lb
B. 5:45 as Rx’d
C. 14:40 I am just starting to get these back after my ankle injury. By the end I was getting sets between 5 and 10.

This afternoon….
A. Hang power snatch/ hang squat snatch complex up to 88#- trying to be FAST in the second pull
B. front squat – 2 reps up to 185 # – elbows high/fast out of the bottom

B. 3:36- 50/ then 4sets of 10/5/5
C. 2:40 – moved at the pace of a snail!
D. 2:33 -should have done this first

Loved this one although everything felt slow but its good to be back after a week mostly off.

C: 6:23 — I was surprised how much Burpees had tired my arms for this
D: I have the flexibility of a dowel and because of that, that is about what I can OHS. Therefore having scaled to 65# makes it a PB by 65 lbs. Time: 3:23
Next time I do this, I’ll definitely do it in exactly the opposite order I did it this time….
