20 min run

A) 10 min EMOM 8 thrusters 95# broke rounds 8-10 (5/3)
B) 100 box jumps 24″ 5:25 all step down (not exactly the sturdiest box)


Did a version of Sunday’s WOD and posted there.


B. 6:45 3 of my 10 climbs were a few inches short of being able to touch the bar.
D. 7:06 I started with 3 sets of 50. Then mostly sets of 25. I tripped up a few times close to the end but for the most part I thought it went well.
C. 12 steps with .7 pood. This is much harder than I thought.
A. I did an H-sit on the boxes for 40sec/30sec and then I gave up and called it a night.

B. Worked at it for 13 min..got 2 pulls up, happy with that
A. 15/30/15/20/15/25

D. 9 min.. Jumping, jumping, jumping….sigh

I lost my paper, so going by memory…
C. 14 Rx’d, probably gave up on these a little soon…
D. Around 5 min, finished all 300, that’s a first.
B. 7 min ish… Took lost of rest
A. 5 sets 46/40/34/30/30 took lots of rest…

C. as Rxd 30 steps and then shoulders quivering and gave out.
A. with knees bent on box, probably about 10 breaks to get to three minutes
D. about 5 minutes, lots of tripping and resting
B. again 5 minutes. Usually very consistent that 2 pulls gets me to the top. Tonight was 3 pulls after the first two climbs. Abs may have been fried after A. so not getting my knees as high as optimal.
