Coach’s notes:  Recommended weight for kettlebell swings (KB swings) is 1.5 pood for guys or approximately 55 lbs and 1 pood for gals (approx. 35 lbs).  If you do not have kettlebells, substitute dumbbells and scale the load if necessary.
