115lbs… took a few tries to get this, then got it easy and then tried it again and missed it. something just not happening every lift.
Got up to 87#
75/85/90F/85/87/90F/87/90F/85 I did a lot of sets.
185lbs felt i could have went a little higher but didnt want to sacrifice form
Went to 185 with good form. The shoulder is coming back slowly.
75 / 85 / 95 / 115 / 125 / 135 / 155(F) / 155(f)
Got 155 on 1st rep, but couldn’t get the second
125/135/145/155(f)/155(f)/150/155(f)/155/160(f)
Last 1RM in May was 160. Just goes to show that I still have a ton of room for improvement with my overhead work.
Neil 140 lbs
Judy 70(1) 75(f)
Great lifting Karen!
85lbs this was my new PB.
Thanks Judy!
85/95/100/105/110/115/120/125X1
125=PR for one rep
Good breathing technique made 120 easier than 115
65/75/85/95/100/105/110×1 First time going heavy with a push press, lots to improve on.
50/55/60/65/70/75/77.5/80/85/90x1f
First time for 2RM with PP. Thought I’d max at 80.
Might have been about to make 87.5 but out of time.
45# x 6, 55# x 4, 65# x 2, 70# x 2, 75# x 2, 80# x 2, 85# x 1
First rep of 85# took too long, so just couldn’t get that second one. If we had more time I could have tried one more time.
Still a PR for 1RM! 🙂
worked up to 160
really felt the strength imbalance between the front and side of my shoulder starting at 135. I could lift the weigh about 1/3rd of the way up quick/smooth. Then the movement of the weight would slow down for the last 2/3rds with the lift being slow, shaky and somewhat painful
Worked up to 145#, got the first set of 2 and then failed on the second set. Wobbled around like a drunk when I got it overhead though. :/
Awesome lift there Katrin!
65×10/95×10/115/135/145/155(failed on 2nd attempt)/155(failed on 1st attempt)/135/145.
Pretty good for a beginner!!!
