As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Coach’s notes: Pull ups – kipping preferred, otherwise substitute another variation, either strict, assisted, or jumping. Push ups can be done from the toes or the knees. Try to stick to one type for the entire 20 minutes. Squats are body weight, or air squats. Post completed rounds to comments.
