B.  Power Snatch/Hang Power Snatch/Hang Squat Snatch – 1/1/1 X 6-7 sets, rest 90-120s

Squat snatch was limiting factor tonight for sure. Need to continue working on that stable catch position.

worked up to 90# felt that in my shoulders, but didn’t get in trouble.
good to be able to do the movements,

A: 45/50/55/60/65

B: 65/70/75/77.5/80/82.5

Felt really solid tonight. I think that’s the heaviest I’ve done for a snatch complex.

Really struggled with my whole right side tonight, shoulder, hamstring and knee were all problematic. Meant I really had to fight for each lift, especially after the knee buckled a bit during part A.

A. 65/75/85/95/105/95/95
B. 95/105/115/125(failed the squat)/125/155/115

Ran up against my ceilings in set 5 of both parts so went back down a weight for the last two sets. Happy with the weights, just wish I felt better doing them.
