Knee felt a little tweaky today so did all of these sets with a pause. Speed felt pretty good, so jumped to a single at 365, that also moved pretty fast today. πŸ˜ƒ

Really good movement overall in the 10:00am. πŸ‘

I didn’t go all out on this one. No chalk at this gym and grip was a big issue… uuuggghhhhh… I’m totally going to a Popeysyand hewing some liquid chalk. Also, I think I was the first person ever to do T2B I’m this gym because I got some very strange looks.

Just really wanted to move and sweat tonight without getting sore for granite games on the weekend. Had a rough day so just needed a WOD I could bury myself in but not pay for too much later. This was perfect. Did something similar a few months back. Was going to repeat the 21-15-9 at the end again but ran out of time. First couplet went well, second was tough. Thanks for jumping in Jen. Better with a friend.
