Clean and Jerk – 7, 3, 1

Good lifting 6am
Failed on split jerk at 175
But Found out I can
Push/Shoulder Press 175


105# -7reps ~80%
125#- 3reps ~90%
135#- 1rep ~95%

Tried to keep the overall volume (reps) relatively low and weight lightish to save myself for the upcoming 20.1.
200 X7
225 X 3
245, cleaned it and failed trying to make a quick push jerk, decided to leave it at that.


Based the weight on percentages:
7 @ 95#, 80%. 3 touch and go then 4 quick singles.
3 @ 105#, 90%
1 @ 110#, 95%

135×7, 155×3, 165×1 (really hesitant on the split-jerk as the weight increased, need to work on lighter loads to stop the shoulder press finish).
