I’m not sure what I’m reading on the wall in that picture…but I should be lifting something.

Did 18+13 today.

Two weeks ago got to 41.25#. Have only ever done strict weighted pu’s, but would like to learn how to kip these.

K used DB & no chain. Last 3 were supinated


I used a light exercise tubing to start for rounds 1 and 2, round three I managed one kipping pull up, round 4 tubing, round 5 1 kipping pull up and that was it.

I think Steve’s right, it was probably closer to 122 with runners, and all my gear on. Fun class.
