Coach’s notes:  Guys use 135 lbs for power cleans, gals 95 lbs.  Pull-ups are chin over bar.  Complete in order written.  Post reps for all to comments.

A. 94 – rather pathetic DU’s. I wonder if it’s my new shoes…the sole has a funny curve where the rope might catch. If that’s not the reason, then the planets weren’t aligned with Mars today.

A) I’m no longer a virgin. First ever workout doing Double Unders. A whooping 47!

DUs: 146 – -I’m sure I’m doing something spazzy on these to fatigue my arms out so quickly.
PC: as rx’d 27- better form will improve efficiency.
PU: 20 first 10 were good last 15 were good last 5 back to bad habits.
SL: 60- first 40 seconds were great!
