Deadlift – 15 reps

Hang Power Clean – 12 reps

Front Squat – 9 reps

Push Jerk – 6 reps

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 135 lbs and gals 95 lbs.  Post time to complete to comments.

Subbed burpies for front squat. Weight as Rx’d


Adelle 42lbs for 5 rounds, 47 for the last round, just trying for form.
Rick started at 80 lbs 2 rounds, 75 lbs 2 rounds, 70 lbs 2 rounds.
This was a tough work out. The sweat was dripping!

Neil – rd 1 – 95lbs, rd 2 100 lbs, rd 3 105 lbs, rd 4 110 lbs
Judy – rd 1 – 33 lbs, rd 2 to 4 – 45 lbs, rd 5 – 56 lbs

Only got through 4 rounds….my back is still fried from previous workouts….15 mins and change…used 135lbs for all rounds…

Rd 1 48lbs, rd2-4 53lbs, rd5 58lbs

G: 135# 4 rds subbed in with Don

K: 80# 4 rds subbed in with Doug

Did this 3 wks ago as rx’d in 33:06 and I felt anxious the whole time. This time tried to focus on each rep and not get ahead of myself, worrying about how I was going to finish when it was so hard!!!! Thanks Brett, especially for the push through the last round! And…WELCOME BACK PAIGE!!!!
