I had good intentions of keeping track, I’ll blame the distraction on Chelsea’s Bear….so so cute. That and the hole in my lip from warming up SDLHP…amazing how high that bar flies up when I squeeze my ass!!!
I was happy to use 1.5pd for the KB swings and everything else as Rx’d.

It took everything I had to come in tonight. Glad I did…
Didn’t keep track of reps, but this was a bit of a pr for me. In Jason’s words, “tonight was not a baby step, it was a giant toddler step”.
