Oh the pegboard, once again, crushed my ego’s pursuit for athletic dominance. I worked on getting 2 pegs. I managed one.:) Still progress. I’m glad I was challenged to make the attempt. Sometimes people see your potential before you do.
Did inverts with knees bent with a short pause between. 4-5 reps each set. Spicy!
Finished with 4 reps of 195# in a 6th set. Can’t complain.
A1) 3×2 ascents, remainder singles
A2) Up to 205, mostly 185

A1) First time trying the pegboards, not too bad but definitely felt it in my biceps! I fell/missed a few times but will keep working on strength and efficiency. I managed to get 1/2 way up a few times.
A2) Worked up to 100# x 5. I haven’t deadlifted either a barbell in years and it felt a lot better than it used to.
A3) Did sets of 5 working on lengthening the lever by keeping my hips extended for the up/down to get more core work out of it.
