Pull-ups on the Minute

12+12 plus 2 lovely tears/rips in my palms … Decided I was a wussy and called it a day! Felt the blisters round 11 and was downhill from there… 🙁
Yesterdays butterfly sets didn’t aid my cause today!!

Finished round 15 with 5 seconds to go, so I didn’t really put much effort into round 16!


Shut ‘er down after rd 16. Not enough guts to push through anymore palm tears.

This was my very first CF workout on Dec 15, 2008. I did 7 + 6 with the green band. I couldn’t fully extend at my elbows for days. It was great to do this again and see the change since I started.

I think this calls for a huge THANK YOU to Brett for your incredible programming and to all of the CFC coaches for all of the great classes I have been able to be part of! You guys have helped me tremendously in my recovery and just general well being. THANK YOU!!!
