2000m row

CF Kids Calgary will be offering a second class on WEDSNESDAYs at 4:30 starting Wed OCT 22.  Please see CFK website tab for more details and contact optadmin@optimumtraining.ca to register.

CF Kids is also accepting registrations for the next session of CrossFit Kids on Sundays at 2 and 3 pm starting October 19 for 8 sessions.

CrossFit Kids focuses on activities that challenge, keep children learning and help to build a strong foundation for movement, balance and coordination (the basis for all we do) needed for later stages of growth and the springboard for exceptional sport performance later in adolescence and adulthood. AND IT IS REALLY FUN!!!

Is 2000m a bit short?

I thought a WOD would be more like 5K.

As rx’d – 9:08…finished off w/ 2 mile ride on stationery bike & 1 mile run on the track

Then 23 burpees of 100-day challenge. Still unbroken, but it’s getting challenging.

congrats Karen, you were so close last week it was coming soon for sure.


can compare to Sun March 16 ’08 which was suppose to be a 1 mile run but because of weather many did 2 km row instead
G was 7:33 @ 27 s/m 1:53/500m
K was 8:21 28 s/m 2:05/500m Damper 8

Also Feb 17 ’08 was a 2000m row & 100 WB & 100 BE but we missed it
