I didn’t work out today! Abs are sore from Sunday; quads are sore from yesterday!
Really just wanted to say what a great lift that was, Audra and I love the clapping afterward!

Grip was HUGE issue today. I could hardly hang on to the KB; grip was what forced me to break up the sets. Then rowing was almost impossible; I even did the first few strokes with mixed grip as it seemed a bit easier. I could hardly hang on to the handle. Definitely very tough WOD!!
