Pull up – 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
Coach’s notes: Work up to your 1 repetition maximum. Rest 2-4 minutes in between, more rest the heavier the set. If you cannot do a pull-up you must do an assisted pull-up and then work up to your best pull-up with the least assistance possible. If you can do a body weight pull-up, then you must add weight to the pull-up. For this, a weight belt with a chain is the most convenient. If you do not have one of these, place a dumbell just above your crossed feet. Post loads to comments.
