worked up to 100lbs (3x, missed the 4th)


Did mondays work instead due to lack of equipment. post work out caught up to hughie and peiere with the 100 burpee chalange by doing 49 today (9 days of burpees)

Push Jerks x 4

80/90/99/109 (pp’d 4th one)/109/114×2/114×3 (I think????, push pressed #3 slightly). Goal tonight was to focus on catching the weight in the squat with arms fully extended instead of pressing it out and to move up in weight only if I could do the set of 4 that way.
