Only got 4 MU went way too slow and stayed in my comfort zone
C) work up to a max power clean 165# went into a squat for 170#
D) 2 power clean EMOM for 10 min 140#
E) back squat 3×6 185/195/200/205/210/215×2 gave up too early on the last one
F) 2 MU EMOM for 10 min felt good and no chicken wing!
G) assault bike sprints
