If I could get it overhead I could squat it today… unfortunately my brain was really against jerking 265.

Topped off at 105# today. Probably a PR. Soooo close to 115, but no cookie for me today.

I loved being surrounded by people with so much grit and determination today. Congratulations Patti! Ari, you freaked me out. Ryan, enjoyed working hard and smart with you today.

90# for a 10# PR. I think I have more in me but I couldnโ€™t get 95 overhead.

Did 150lbs. Missed 155lbs by that much:)

Up to 115# for a 15# PR. Really proud of my lifts today, I felt really warmed up, and strong. I even feel I had more in the tank but I ran out of time.

Spent most of my time moving slow and methodical, pausing in the bottom on all reps, just feeling things out, as I have had a few joint issues lately. Was happy to finish with a solid paused 225#. Not sure of all my other reps/schemes as I was not paying too much attention.
