This is Tyler’s happy face!

75 lbs – 15

85 failed at 10 -back (fired up again) Last time got 15 –
Thanks Laura

95×15
115×15
135×13

Really pushed for that 135, I think I could have done it if I did less at 115. This movement has progressed a long ways from when I started, still very humbling.

Thanks Josh and Brett for the advice.

110#. Thanks for the coaching Josh. I’m glad you loaded that bar Lori. ?
Worked on strict deficit HSPU, used 10# plates.
Two rounds of tabata on bike, 8 mins total.
15,12,9 Thrusters 75#, burpee over bar. 7:06
3 rounds of 15 GHD sit ups, 15 push ups.

15 @ 70#
15 @ 80#
13 @ 85#
Thanks Josh!

80# for 15

Still fixing mobility.
105×5 actually going below the mythical land called parallel. Adamo has helped the squat part… Now onto the overhead part.

Thanks for the semi-awkward stretch/hug Ken.

Some good coachingz at 6pm by Michelle and Jay.

15 @ 68 and 73
Jumped to 88# and got to 9

Pretty happy with this though I think I had another 5 lbs in me:
55;60;65;70
Thank you Laura, great job 6 am!

Managed 14 x 93# – it was a struggle

95

never made it to a full 15 reps. really wanted to focus on external rotating my shoulders and arms. still dealing with the same nagging issues i have this year, things felt pretty good. with the help of Adamo and Jason things have been feeling better.

played the drifter game today and shared bars with Derek, Blaine and Chad. Thanks fellas.

weights went something like this:

95/135/165/185/205

i made my attempt for 15 at 205 and got to 10 reps. energy and strength wise everything felt great and wanted to push for those last 5 reps, but at the top of the last few squats it felt like i was losing stability in my shoulders and did not want to risk any injuries.

Thanks Jason and Michelle
