Amy LaFleche’s work with the orphans in Tibet is featured on this month’s CF Kids Journal. 2010 Warithang Orphanage Calendars are now on sale at CFC for $15, with 100% proceeds going to the Orphanage. June 2010 shows Amy and the Kids partaking in CrossFit Kids. It makes a great Christmas gift and a reminder for all of 2010 that small individual steps can make a huge difference. We are all very proud of your work, Amy!’

Average row times were slower than my 2k pace. Might have done better if I did 1:55 the first round then tried to stay there.
This was my first DNF because of feeling pukie! I was off to a good start and near the end of my second row I had to get up and go outside. What a gross feeling! I usually keep my meals light before a metcon but I wasn’t paying attention to that detail tonight. Thanks for your coaching Michelle! Sorry I ran out on the second row!

Thanks Brett for WOD!
Amy, GREAT JOB!!!
Push ups were from toes but put a mat under chest so as not to extend my shoulder too far due to injury. Tried for the most part for chest to hit mat but did not always succeed.

My Rower stopped counting down at 383m on three attempts at round 3 (might need new batteries). I feel I was about to tank real hard though. I will have to try this one again soon since I hate both of these exercises.
