After barely seeing the inside of a gym over the last month, I managed to find an hour to get this one done.
Holly crap has my fitness ever tanked.
Done at the Basin Fieldhouse in Park City, Utah.

A) 155# and 20# dumbbells

B) Rx’d – 15:50.

A. HPC – 145/145/165/165
PU – 40/40/40/40
Had to take a call so missed the last set.

B. 6:34, I like this one.

A. Great warm up for part B
HPC: 125 turned out to be perfect
PU: light jump off stool with 2-3 sec negatives. These have been surprisingly effective for me lately.

B. Liked this one:) 14:45
HPC: Rx
PU same as above.

I jumped up to Rx but that came with new challenges with grip and shrug strength. I had to break things up but I was very happy about pushing myself to a workable limit. 15rep stage is where I struggled the most. I worked as hard as I could to cycle. I was really forced to be efficient. My grip was wrecked:) but I feel like it was a great launch to a new phase of strength improvement.

My confidence to reach beyond my limits and improve is flourishing. That’s success for me. Thanks coaches and friends.
