…just quickly want to clarify one of my posts from yesterday… I realized just now that it might have come across the wrong way.
What I meant by my statement was that we seem to enjoy watching others work out, especially when the WOD is really tough. These two workouts seem insane, and I want to see them get done. That’s what I meant, but may not be how it came across. This darn English language!
Anyway, hope I didn’t cause any negative feelings…

Katrin there are no negative feelings at all, you have nothing to worry about. Glad you are coming to watch.

A1)65/70/75/80/85/92.5 this was feeling good so I did a single at 100

Early congrats to Brett & Chelsea (sorry can’t cheer you on in person.) We all know you will complete your respective challenge, and probably end it by saying something like “that was fun”.
Brett – just wondering if there is a new pair of Christian Louboutin’s in your future post-completion?

A1: 85, 85, 90, 90, 95, 100
A2: 85, 100, 115, 135, 135, 135

A1. 92/97/102/107/109.5×2/109.5×2 (ladies bar felt quite nice, a little softer on the hands…)
A2. 115/135/145/155/165×2/165
B. 165 for all x3

A1. 45/50/55/60/62.5/65
A2. 52/62/67/72/77/83
B. 65
Thanks for lifting with me, Irma, and for listening.

Kept loads for PC and FS light to take care of my back and pretty much non-functioning right calf.
A1) 45/55/60/62.5/65/70×1 (big jump, but 65 felt really good, so figured I would give 70 a try)
A2) 42/62/67/72/72/72 (stayed at 72 b/c I couldn’t jump)
B) 45/45/55/55/55 (FS didn’t feel good today)

Thanks a lot for all of your pointers Brett and Colin!

A1. 85/95/100/105/110/115
A2. 165/185/195/200/205/210

B. 210 x3

150 x2

A1 – 65/65/65/75(fail)/65/65
A2 – 85/85/95(fail)/85/85/85
B – 85/85/85/85/85

technique needs a lot of work on the PC. Felt I could’ve gone heavier, but just couldn’t get my elbows out in front far enough to balance the weight right. Definitely could’ve been heavier in front squat as well, but had to keep the same load as PC.

A1 – 65/65/65/75(fail)/65/65
