I was planning to go to class tonight, but since Pierre already had the bar set up, I couldn’t resist…

Technique started to go at 350+. I got the weight about halfway up for both 380 and 375, but it wasn’t going to make it the rest of the way.

Worked up to 205!! I don’t think I have ever in my lifetime lifted anything close to 205 so, I’m calling it a PR.
Also, nice picture Grant – good work!! Everyone that competed was inspiring and motivating to watch!

It’s really too bad that I have to miss this one. I am really curious how much more I could have lifted compared to the snatch grip deadlift.

Adelle – worked up to a PB of 152.5 – lifting well
Rick – worked up to a PB of 280 although it took 3 tries at 280 to get it (body weight 136)


Blaine: 305 which maxed out all the rubber we have in the garage – but really not sure if would have been able to pull any more.

355. really worked form for a change. Thanks for the help today Brett. No excuses now not to get the weights going up


Worked technique before I got aggressive with upping the weights. Last sets were 176, 187, 192, 204, and 220 lbs.
