Now THAT’s intensity – raddest pic ever

Great picture-amazing work this weekend Grant and thank you for the reminders on the Clean on Sunday!

175, 185, 195, 202.5, 207.5 and 210

115, 135, 145, 145, 145, 145, 145

225×3, 285×3, 315, 335, 355, 370, 380(f)

I was planning to go to class tonight, but since Pierre already had the bar set up, I couldn’t resist…

Technique started to go at 350+. I got the weight about halfway up for both 380 and 375, but it wasn’t going to make it the rest of the way.

245… well short of a PR today

This old man (me) is recovering 🙂

Worked up to 205!! I don’t think I have ever in my lifetime lifted anything close to 205 so, I’m calling it a PR.
Also, nice picture Grant – good work!! Everyone that competed was inspiring and motivating to watch!

Form sucked, need to scale back and fix that back.

235/255/265/270/275/280/285 – pb

It’s really too bad that I have to miss this one. I am really curious how much more I could have lifted compared to the snatch grip deadlift.

Form was not great on the 200lbs but got it up and down!

205/225/232.5/240/247.5/252.5 a PB thanks Brtt

So close Hughie- next time!

Adelle – worked up to a PB of 152.5 – lifting well
Rick – worked up to a PB of 280 although it took 3 tries at 280 to get it (body weight 136)

Blaine: 305 which maxed out all the rubber we have in the garage – but really not sure if would have been able to pull any more.

Rebecca: 185 PB

264 Ibs….Ran out of time and I probably had a little bit more to give.

Next time.

355. really worked form for a change. Thanks for the help today Brett. No excuses now not to get the weights going up

Worked technique before I got aggressive with upping the weights. Last sets were 176, 187, 192, 204, and 220 lbs.

Neil 235/245/255/265/275
Judy 135/145/155/165/176/181/186 (f)

Got up to 345

failed on 350, weight just didn’t wanna go any further up today.

ML 155/160/165/170
D 245/285/205/320/335/345F/340F
