Run 200m

10 Back Squat – 225#/145#

At the “Y” this morning as rxd= 4 full rounds +200 meters + 1 squat. The squats were very broken and slow. You gotta love a WOD that you look forward to the run as your break…this was a very challenging WOD.


6 rnds+100 meter run using 75lbs on first rnd then down to 65lbs!

Warmed up to 225 but dropped 60 after 3 squats. 5 rounds and 200 m ( got back to door at 15:18. Great WOD, thanks Brett.

Lost track but I THINK I finished my 4th round run at 15:16. Squats were really broken up.

Flared my L3/L4 Quadratus Lumborum on Sunday’s WOD so I scaled to 155lb and did slow steady technique focused squats.

7 rounds + run

4 rounds at 165lbs but then had a spasm in lower back so dropped last one to 95lbs.

8 rounds as rx’d.

Notes: All rounds of squats were unbroken and runs were really slow. I have never done that many reps at 225 before so I was pleased with this effort.
