Great grinder…as rxd= 11:51. Push -ups and box jumps on the way down the ladder very broken.

At home; had to use my 1.25 KB as that is all I have. Rest as rx’d

KB swings were full ROM in first set (3×10 reps), second set to halfway between forehead and full ROM (3×10 reps).
Push-ups were mostly singles; found a decent rhythm, but had to shake arms b/w each rep. They were tough as usual. Will they ever get easy???
Oh, and my broad jumps were entertaining because I could only fit two consecutive reps before having to turn around. My head was spinning by the end.

Could not make it in to CFC so did TT Olympic lifts homework and then DeadLifts to max load…270lbs (new PR).
