Did Monday’s WOD instead…scaled way back to 45# because of an upper arm problem. Time was 20:29.
The last 3 days Rx’d weight really makes me feel like I need to improve my overhead lifting…
Scaled shoulder press to 85lb, pull ups as Rx’d.
1:44/2:01/3:16/3:39/3:36/3:25. Total time 17:40
All pull ups were unbroken, shoulder press broken down to singles at the end.

After too many rounds of s’mores and wine on the long weekend – it actually felt good to be doing a workout. Scaled to 49lbs and blue band assisted pull ups

Rebecca: First round & 11 reps of the second round shoulder press with 55 lb, then remainder with 45. Un-assisted pull-ups.

Round 1, all unassisted pull-ups. Round 6, two unassisted pull-ups + 13 blue band assisted.
Scaled shoulder press to 55# and slowly pushed out singles at the end.

Hurt my shoulder somehow during the warm up, didn’t do as well as i hoped
