Lots of warmup! trying to improve on both these
A. 65×3/70×2/75×1/75×3/85×3/90×2/90×1/95×1
B. 45xlots/50×3/50×3/55×3/57×2/60×2/60×2/65×2 a couple times*didn’t go higher than
65* really just wanted lots of practice here – some ugly, some felt good… slowly coming!
oh ya… and one muscle up!!

These felt good at 45, should work this into warm-up a couple of times/week to improve this movement and actually learn to do a real weight.

A: 42×3/47×2/52×1/44.5×3/49.5×2/54.5×1 (last single felt easy, so know that i have more in me; wasn’t really sure where to start, plus wanted to build confidence in catching in a full squat)
B: 32×3/42×3/47×3/52×2/57×2/59.5×1 (rushed the last few lifts as I was running out of time)
