EMOM 10:
2 back squats

 B. For time:
9-15-21:
Back squats (155/225 lb)
– Run 400 m after each set of back squats.

Coach’s notes:

Post load for EMOM in A and time and set for B to comments.

Those last two runs were awkward.


A. 225/245/265/275/295/245/225/225/225/225, did this as a pyramid. Wanted to make sure I was moving fast with the weight on the latter sets.
B. 10:22, first set of BS = 9, second = 15, third = 12/9

A) 165 for minutes 1-5 and then 145 for minutes 5-10

B) 18:55 RX – this was a struggle.
Set 1: 5 / 4
Set 2: 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3
Set 3: 3 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 2

Proud that I finished RX but was definitely hoping to get bigger sets done… something to work towards.
