Between sets, play with gymnastics combo movements (eg. pull-up/bar muscle-up/pull-over, toes to ring/muscle-up/dip, etc.…….)

Working with a little wrist injury, and I’m not allowed to hold the front rack. So I did a complex of
Power snatch / hang power snatch / high hang power snatch
75/105/125/135/140/145/150/152.5/155
Between my Snatches, I did a complex of
toes to ring/ ring muscle up/dip and I did four reps of the gymnastics complex.
