22:?? – forgot to look at the time..60lbs – should have tried 65 – next time. 400m run instead of row and push ups were from toes (yay). Another challenging but good workout. Thanks Brett.
23:09…girly push-ups. Finally, the row machines were available at the Y.
Where can I purchase those skipping ropes that are used at HQ?
17:03 as Rx’d. Spent quite of bit of time on the second set of SDLHP, broken in 5’s but tried to limit rest time.

400 m run
80 lbs – probably too much – after a few reps my legs were too weak to squat so I ended up rounding my back – had to break it down to 3’s and 4’s to keep form

way to go Doug on your 1500m run…that is a good time!
21:06 scaled weight to 56lbs. I probably could have pushed myself more by using rx’d weight. I did 75 of the 100 push ups from toes and 25 from knees.

This “free sharing” of inatomfrion seems too good to be true. Like communism.
It’s a relief to find someone who can explain things so well
