Power Snatch; work up to a heavy 1 RM: 53/58/63/68 (PR; went really well, felt like I had more in me)
5 rounds: Power snatch + AMRAP OHS; 2 min. rest: 48#x10/53#x7/58#x5/63#x5 (wrist was breaking point in the OHS). Attempted 68#, but couldn’t snatch the weight. Did 1 OHS rep off the rack to see if I could do it.


7:55 as rx’d – Last run felt like my legs were made of cement. The cool comfort of the floor felt great at the end of that one. Thanks Brett! Good work in the 8pm class!
