6k run. Resting a cranky shoulder


Was not feeling it this morning and it showed.
5 rounds + 2 shoulder press
Round 1 rx’d on shoulder press, then down to 55#. DUs unbroken except for round 1.
Handstand walks, practiced on the wall. 20 steps each round.
