Back Squat – 3 ,3, 3, 3, 3, 3

 

Coach’s notes:  Post load for each set to comments.

CrossFit Kids classes at CFC HQ-Tues 4:15-5 and Sat 8:45-9:30 for children ages 6-12.  Introduce your child(ren) to the benefits of CrossFit while you do your WOD, and have them show you how fun fitness can be!!  Up to two classes per week for only $50/child/month.  Drop in and try it out for only $15/class.

The reason why is that everyone sees me in the morning going around with my “Greens First” that Mike prescribed to me. Thanks Mike too for my new Nickname !!

i worked this into the end of a strength program so i started with 3’s but went to singles… 187.5 for 1 rep


185/205/215/235/250…..might of been able to squeeze in 5 or ten more #s… big maybe

It started easy and got hard in a hurry. Every rep at 215 was a struggle.
